Right of Withdrawal

Scope

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers who have a right of withdrawal under the law applicable at their place of habitual residence - in particular consumers habitually resident in the European Union / EEA. Regardless of that, we grant the 14-day right of withdrawal below to all consumers.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature lapse of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal lapses prematurely if we have fully provided the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.

Practical note: The fee becomes due when the subscription is taken out. If you withdraw within the withdrawal period we refund the fee; for the period during which you already used the service, a proportionate amount may be payable (see "Consequences of withdrawal").
