The werden-passive (Vorgangspassiv) shifts focus from the doer to the action and the thing affected. It can be built in every , which is exactly what B2 expects you to master.
You take werden in the you need and add the Partizip II of the main at the end:

Common mistake: In the and the of werden is worden, never geworden. Write Es ist gebaut worden, not Es ist gebaut geworden. (Use geworden only when werden is a full meaning "to become".)
