Spast

A shortening of 'Spastiker', originally a medical term for a person with a spastic condition. According to Wiktionary the insulting use arose in the youth slang of the 1980s and has since served as a blanket insult for someone whose behaviour is deemed 'unimaginably foolish'. The word is clearly discriminatory toward people with disabilities and should be used only with great caution.
