Crude colloquial German, derogatory, for someone who comments on everything unasked in a know-it-all way and thinks they know everything better. A nominalisation of the 'klugscheißen', formed from 'klug' (clever) and the vulgar 'scheißen' (to crap). Register: casual to crude.
